Three types of pneumatic sterile sampling valves

Pneumatic sterile sampling valve, the valve is normally closed. When the valve is opened, the stem and diaphragm seal assembly will shrink, so that the liquid can pass through. The membrane is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which is more suitable for high viscosity materials. It is widely used as a sampling valve to sample from storage tank or pipeline for physicochemical or microbiological analysis under sterile conditions.

Pneumatic sterile sampling valve is a valve used to obtain medium samples in pipelines or equipment. In many occasions where chemical analysis of medium samples is often required, the service sample valve is often used. According to the different working principle or performance of sampling, sampling valve is mainly divided into three types, including double opening valve, flange clip valve and sampling valve with insulation jacket.

Standard design: the sterile sampling valve consists of three parts: valve body, handle and diaphragm. The rubber diaphragm is placed on the valve stem as a stretching plug

Connection type: thread, tank welding, steel pipe welding, clamp

Handle form: (1) rotating handle (2) movable key
